As of this year, every cell that leaves our Rockford works carries at least one IrisGate camera, whether or not the customer ordered an inspection package. It sounds like a giveaway. It’s actually the cheapest reliability upgrade we know.

A camera watching the process sees problems before they become faults: a gripper picking two millimeters off-center, weld spatter accumulating on a fixture, a label skewing as a print head wears. Fed into our monitoring stack, those drifts become maintenance tickets instead of 3 a.m. phone calls.

Across the pilot fleet, cells with process cameras logged 41% fewer unplanned stops than their uninstrumented twins. The camera pays for itself the first time it turns a breakdown into a scheduled fix.

Uptime isn’t a warranty clause. It’s a design decision — and now it’s standard.
